Our board of directors

Compassion, collaboration, and a whole lot of heart.

Our culture is built on the belief that education, paired with emotional and spiritual support, can transform lives and communities. Our trauma-informed, relational approach ensures every student feels seen and valued — equipped with the tools to succeed academically and emotionally.

Education is a bridge to a stronger community, quietly breaking the cycle of poverty and emigration. Our supporters are part of this family too — invited in through donations, encouragement, and prayer.

Here's who we are and what drives us.

Hope Mitchell

A native Tennessean, Hope Mitchell first fell in love with Honduras and its youth on mission trips, and has carried that affection into her service on the board.
